Tasks

• Participate in the establishment of the entire quality system.
• Ensure high-quality results, including process, finished products, suppliers.
• Responsible for coordinating the handling of customer complaints and problems.
• Analysis of quality data to reduce the corresponding costs.
• Management quality engineer's daily assignment and skills improvement.
• Familiar with the IGBT module-level reliability testing projects and requirements.
• Familiar with the IGBT module-level product failure mode

Requirements

• More than five years of quality management experience;
• Be familiar with IGBT module packaging process, IGBT, module reliability test and failure analysis test;
• Be familiar with quality systems and standards, including ISO9001 and IATF16949;
• Skilled use of 8D, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA and SPC control tools;
• Green belt training or certificates are preferred;
• Fluent in English communication and work;
